Jonathan Oh founded Oh Ventures to operate at the intersection of capital strategy and financial infrastructure.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of a venture-backed organization operating at national scale.

He serves as Lead Embedded CFO and platform architect, overseeing engagements across venture-stage companies preparing for institutional capital, restructuring, or accelerated scale.

Jonathan works directly with founders, boards, and investors to design financial architecture, install operating discipline, and prepare companies for long-term executive buildout.
